Martin Lescault, Tenor
Tenor Martin A. Lescault is a Maine based singer and performer. Martin holds a degree in Music Education from the University of Southern Maine, and his graduate work in Vocal Performance took place at the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston.
Mr. Lescault has been featured as a soloist throughout the northeast and beyond, with such groups as the Portland Symphony Orchestra, the Boston Pops, the Orlando Symphony, the Maine Music Society, the Maine Choral Art Society, and the Midcoast Symphony Orchestra. He has performed with ensembles throughout the New England area such as the Portland Opera Repertory Theater, the Portland Early Music Consort, the Maine Choral Art Society Singers and Camerata, is one of the founding members of the Schola of the Episcopal Church of St. Mary’s in Falmouth, and is a proud member of the Cathedral Choir of the Episcopal Cathedral of St. Luke’s in Portland, ME. Awards include first place honors in the Maine NATS competition, and in the Rossini Club Scholarship competition. Martin currently resides in Scarborough with his husband.
